Her name is Malala Yousafzaim, she was born on 12 july 1997 in Pakistas (Mingora9.
At the age of 13 years old, she wrote a blog for the BBC talking about her life under the regime of Tehrik, a Taliban.
On 9 october 2012, she was victim of a shot, of a gunman, in the face, when she was going to school, in the same week, Malala was translated to Great Britain, to the Queen Elisabeth hospital, to continue her rehabilitation.
She had a five hour operation in February, to reconstruct her skull.
Nowadays she is well and she goes around the world doing conferences about women rights.

At her age she has already won a Nobel Peace Prize and a lot of prizes more.
